Sauna Sessions – An Even Deeper Experience
During the winter and spring weekends, we offer guided sauna sessions featuring special aromas, rhythms, and techniques that enhance both relaxation and refreshment.
Experience the beneficial effects of classic sauna bathing in a spacious Finnish sauna heated to 90–100 °C. The high temperature promotes deep relaxation, supports the body’s natural detoxification processes, and helps strengthen the immune system. Resting between sauna sessions enhances rejuvenation and contributes to a balanced sense of well-being.
Infrared rays penetrate deep into the muscle tissues, making this an ideal choice for reducing muscle tension and supporting the body’s natural regeneration processes. The moderate heat of 50–60 °C is gentler on the body, yet still provides effective relaxation.
In the steam bath, the temperature ranges between 43–63 °C, while humidity can reach up to 100%. The warm, moist air soothes the nervous system, stimulates blood circulation, and revitalizes the skin.
Breathe cleaner air in the salt room! The microclimate created by natural salt crystals may help support respiratory freshness and improve overall well-being.

Participation in the sauna sessions requires prior registration. The fee is HUF 800 per person, and each session lasts up to 15 minutes. After the session, it is recommended to enjoy a period of calm rest, continue relaxing, and ensure proper hydration to fully benefit from the experience.

To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask our guests to follow these guidelines:
After showering, enter the sauna with a dry body and wrapped in a dry towel or sheet.
Ensure your skin is free of makeup and cosmetic products.
Recommended maximum time inside the sauna: 15 minutes.
Place a towel under yourself while seated.
After leaving the sauna, shower to remove toxins from your skin.
Remember to rehydrate and take 8–10 minutes of rest and relaxation after your sauna session.
