Our hotel offers accessibility for Guests arriving with manual or electric wheelchairs. We provide accessible rooms designed for Guests with reduced mobility, featuring a shower bathroom, grab bars, and a seat in the bathroom.

Our hotel provides adapters/outlets suitable for international use. Please inform the reception if you need one.
AIR CONDITIONING
All rooms in our hotel are air-conditioned. The air conditioning can be controlled using the wall panel in the room. The temperature can be adjusted using the up and down arrows in the center of the panel.
Please keep the windows and doors closed while using the air conditioning.

FIRE SAFETY
Please carefully read the fire safety instructions provided in your room and familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits. Green-lit signs in the corridors indicate the shortest route to the exits. If you detect a fire, immediately call the reception at +36 84 696 020. Fire extinguishers and red fire alarm boxes are clearly marked on every floor. In case of fire, do not use the elevator; use the stairwell to reach the ground floor and then the parking area.

Our hotel operates a central heating system, which is set to an optimal temperature according to the weather before Guests arrive. If a different temperature would be more comfortable, it can be adjusted using the wall panel in the room.

IN CASE OF STORM
Please pay attention to the storm warning signal located on the shore.

In calm weather, there is no signal; swimming and the use of water equipment are allowed up to a maximum distance of 500 meters from the shore.

During a first-level warning, you will see 45 yellow flashes per minute on the signal across the lake. In this case, please stay within the buoys and close to the shore.

During a second-level warning, 90 flashes per minute will be visible on the storm signal. Swimming and the use of water equipment are PROHIBITED.
During storms, please avoid staying under trees.
Children under 6 years old, as well as children under 12 who cannot swim, may only enter open water under adult supervision.
